Four Regents students named top in Thailand in the 2026 Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards

Regents International School Pattaya is delighted to celebrate the exceptional achievements of four students who have been recognised in the 2026 Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards, following the June 2026 examination series.
The Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards are presented by Cambridge International Education to recognise exceptional achievement in Cambridge examinations around the world. Among the awards is Top in Country/Territory, presented to the learner who achieves the highest standard mark in their country or territory for an individual subject.
This year, four Regents students have achieved Top in Thailand awards for their outstanding results in Cambridge IGCSE™ examinations.

What are the Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards?
The Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards celebrate the success of learners taking Cambridge examinations around the world. Award categories include Top in the World, Top in Country/Territory, High Achievement and Best Across, with eligibility varying depending on the qualification and country or territory.
For a Top in Country/Territory award, Cambridge identifies the learner who has gained the highest standard mark in that country or territory in a particular subject. Where students achieve exactly the same standard mark, Cambridge recognises their achievement equally.
Receiving a Top in Thailand award therefore represents an exceptional individual academic achievement and places our students among the country's highest-performing Cambridge learners in their respective subjects.
Celebrating ambition and achievement
These four awards are a wonderful recognition of the hard work and commitment demonstrated by Minha, Min, Tonhom and Martha throughout their Cambridge IGCSE™ studies.
They also reflect the importance of creating an environment where students are encouraged to challenge themselves, pursue their strengths and aim high.
As Samuel Hodge, Deputy Head of Secondary at Regents International School Pattaya, said in a previous Outstanding Learner Awards article:
“The Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards recognise achievement at the very highest level, and we are incredibly proud to see four Regents students named Top in Thailand. Their success demonstrates what can be achieved through ambition, consistent effort and a real commitment to learning. It is a wonderful accomplishment for each student and a proud moment for Regents.”
Congratulations to our outstanding learners
We are incredibly proud of Minha, Min, Tonhom and Martha for this remarkable achievement and congratulate each of them on being recognised as Top in Thailand.
Their success is something for the whole Regents community to celebrate, recognising not only outstanding examination performance but the commitment and determination behind it.
