Becky Hunter is an experienced and forward-thinking senior leader with over 12 years of international teaching and leadership experience. Now in her third year at Dover Court, she serves as Assistant Head of Educational Technology and Assessment in the Primary School, where she leads on digital strategy and assessment across all year groups.
In this role, Becky works closely with teaching teams and curriculum leaders to ensure technology and data are used effectively to enhance learning, inform planning, and support student progress. She is responsible for building staff capacity through professional development, aligning assessment systems with curriculum objectives, and driving innovation in teaching and learning within the primary phase.
Becky has held a range of leadership roles across the UK, Romania, Malaysia, and Poland, including leading student leadership programmes, implementing wellbeing strategies, and managing year teams. Her background reflects a strong commitment to inclusive education, strategic planning, and collaborative leadership.
She holds a BEd (Hons) from the University of Edinburgh, and her professional development includes training with the Anna Freud Centre, Apple Product Training, and advanced courses in assessment, digital learning, and curriculum design.
An active contributor to school life, Becky has led numerous sports and community initiatives and continues to champion student engagement and wellbeing across the Primary School. Her leadership reflects Dover Court’s commitment to innovation, inclusion, and excellence.
