Highest marks in the world for Regents Pattaya students in the Outstanding Pearson Learner Awards

Regents International School Pattaya is proud to celebrate four exceptional student achievements in the Outstanding Pearson Learner Awards 2025/26, including three Highest Mark in the World awards, one Highest Mark in Asia award and one Highest Mark in Thailand award across Pearson Edexcel International GCSE subjects.

The Outstanding Pearson Learner Awards recognise top-performing international students worldwide who achieve exceptional examination results in Pearson Edexcel qualifications. Pearson presents awards at three levels within individual subjects: Highest Mark in the World, Highest Mark in Region and Highest Mark in Country. 

For our Regents students, this year's results represent extraordinary individual accomplishments and a wonderful celebration of sustained learning and ambition.

Pearson's awards are given to learners who achieve the highest mark and highest possible grade in their subject examination, making each recognition an exceptional academic accomplishment. 

A journey of learning and growth

What makes these achievements even more special is that three of the four students have been part of the Regents community since Primary, making this a wonderful celebration of long-term learning, progress and success at Regents.

Their achievements are not simply about one examination or one set of results. They represent learning journeys shaped over many years, as students have developed their knowledge, discovered their strengths and been encouraged to challenge themselves.

From the foundations established in Primary through to the academic demands of their IGCSE studies, their success demonstrates the value of consistent support, strong relationships and an environment where students are encouraged to aim high.

Outstanding achievement on a global stage

Achieving the Highest Mark in the World means attaining the highest mark internationally in that individual Pearson Edexcel subject award category. Pearson also recognises outstanding achievement at regional and country level. 

For four students from Regents to receive recognition across world, regional and national levels is therefore a moment of immense pride for our school community.
